Whether it is helping customers with their problems, installing FivePD or setting up a CAD, customer support and sales is my passion. I enjoy assisting users to efficiently resolve issues, hire an internal developer, or advise in sales inquiries.

I’m always up for a new challenge, and with this dynamic team no day is the same. I am responsible for identifying customer needs with product knowledge and ensuring that customer feedback is shared with the rest of our team. I am passionate that our team of support agents, developers and management can rise to any occasion and are able to help our customers with their inquiries.

I am a kind, caring and friendly customer support/service professional. I have an extensive background in working with in-person, phone, and live chat customer support. I’ve gathered experience in sales and customer support for many years now, ranging from shop sales and online sales to in-house customer and technical support.

I try to cater to customers’ needs and requirements to the best of my abilities. As a member of the Sonoran Software Systems team, I aim to always provide the highest level of service possible.
