Professional Passion

At a very young age I began playing several different video games including Counter-Strike, Team Fortress 2, Habbo, Runescape, etc. For many years all I would do was game until I hit an age where I wanted to run my own Community. I started out running Communities at about age 10 where I had to learn basic web development skills, server administration, and basic script kitty knowledge just to get my feet off the ground.

I got my first job as a Junior Systems Administrator / Desktop Support Analyst working for a law firm. This is essentially where I got my start; building computers, managing server patching, administering our product, helping users, and of course, administering any and all systems located within the infrastructure.

My first job is what solidified my passion, and willingness to continue in the Information Technology Field. I went from personal gamer, to full-time techie in a matter of moments.

Professional Experience

I have been working in the IT Industry for over 10 Years, holding a variety of roles from: Senior Systems Administrator, Senior Infrastructure Engineer, Desktop Support, all the way to Information Technology Manager. Through the past 10+ years I’ve learned many new and older technologies that have aided me in further growth within my career path including Virtualization via VMWare, Google Cloud, AWS, HyperV, etc. Active Directory and Group Policy Administration, Meraki Wireless Enterprises and it’s platforms, and much much more.

In addition to my vast knowledge and expertise in Information Technology, I am a freelance website developer for small business’ and personal use. At a very young age, due to some of the gaming Communities I would run, I was forced to learn different programming languages to edit the Content Management Systems, Databases, etc. and that web development knowledge has just stuck with me.
